Individual therapy provides a supportive, one-on-one space to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and foster growth.
Our therapists use a range of approaches tailored to each person, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, somatic therapies, solution focused, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, person-centred therapy, IFS, inner child work, and trauma-informed, strength-based, and narrative therapies. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, therapy can help you find clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
02
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a space for families to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict or life transitions together.
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, systemic and structural family therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-and culturally informed practices. We help families uncover patterns, build healthier dynamics, and foster connection across relationships and generations.
03
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy.
Our therapists draw from a range of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and sex therapy. Whether you're working through challenges or seeking deeper connection, couples therapy can help foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Affordable Therapy
We offer low-cost and sliding scale therapy options across Canada through our intern therapists, who are completing their Master’s in Counselling Psychology. They are registered as Qualifying members with the CRPO and are closely supervised by experienced, licensed therapists.
Our interns work with a wide range of issues using trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally inclusive approaches. This is a great option for those seeking accessible support without compromising on quality of care.
