Accepting new clients -  Struggling with relationships, anxiety, anger, coping skills, self-esteem, or low mood?

Embarking on the path of genuine connection begins with cultivating a profound relationship with oneself. I firmly believe that authentic connections with others are forged only when we truly know and embrace who we are. Navigating the complexities of relationships is an enriching journey that extends beyond attributing conflicts solely to our partners.

In my practice, I encourage individuals to take a step back and explore their own influence on relationships—with friends, colleagues, parents, children, or significant others. Through this introspective process, we uncover the fundamental keys to fostering successful connections. It's not uncommon to realize that we've been suppressing emotions, neglecting signs of burnout, feeling overwhelmed, or guarding our vulnerabilities.

To guide you through this journey, I draw from a rich toolbox of therapeutic modalities, including Person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Within the secure space of our sessions, you'll discover a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself. Together, we will work towards enhancing your self-awareness and reshaping behavioral patterns. In the face of challenges, my role is to guide you through the journey of living authentically and aligning with your values. I am dedicated to supporting you, aiding in the release of limiting beliefs, staying true to yourself, and identifying and prioritizing your self-care.

Through our collaborative efforts, you'll find the tools to navigate the intricacies of relationships with a renewed sense of understanding, empowerment, and authenticity. Together, let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and connection.
