Accepting new clients - Are you grappling with trauma, anxiety, grief, or life transitions? Perhaps you're facing ADHD, stress, or relationship concerns? Whatever emotional terrain you're traversing, know that you're not alone.

I'm Kseniya, and I'm here to walk alongside you on this adventure. Together, we'll create a safe space where your vulnerabilities are embraced, and growth is nurtured. In my practice, we integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor our approach to your unique needs.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Solution-Focused Therapy, we'll craft a personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to illuminate the path toward healing and resilience, weaving together evidence-based interventions with compassion and understanding.

Let's navigate the ebbs and flows of life's emotional landscape, honoring the shadows of the past while paving the way for a brighter future. Through our shared exploration, you'll uncover newfound self-awareness and adaptive coping skills, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

My Story

My own path with mental health has not always been the swiftest, but filled with turbulent ups and downs that have shaped my empathy and understanding towards others struggling. I am also a firm believer in having a support system for a balanced life, and mine consists of a loving family and partner, two playful cats, and a very vocal parrot who always keeps me entertained.
