RP (Qualifying) and Intern Therapist

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in person-centered care, where empathy and a non-judgmental understanding serves as the cornerstone of my practice. I embrace an eclectic methodology, drawing on a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. While my focus encompasses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment theory, and Somatic-based approaches, I weave these together to tailor a unique and effective treatment for everyone.

Certified in meditation, I incorporate mindfulness techniques into my practice to help clients cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and navigate life's challenges with greater awareness. I find that meditation can be a powerful tool in promoting mental well-being and enhancing overall resilience. I have a natural inclination towards working with individuals undergoing significant life changes, grappling with anxiety and depression, facing relationship struggles, and seeking guidance in their career paths, self-esteem, and stress.

I am passionate about providing a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and aspirations, fostering a collaborative journey towards self-discovery and positive change. My ultimate goal is to create a therapeutic alliance that empowers individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and personal growth. I look forward to the opportunity to accompany you on your path to healing and transformation.

My Story

I am a resilient individual who embarked on a transformative journey from the Philippines to Canada at an early age. Passionate about mental health, I've dedicated myself to supporting others on their unique journeys to well-being. In my free time, you'll find me immersed in self-help books, deriving inspiration to further my understanding of mental health and traveling. I have two furry companions, my beloved dogs, who are my constant sources of joy, providing unwavering support in this adventure called life.
