Concerns I work with?

About

Life can bring many challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, anger management, grief, identity questions, and major life transitions. I am here to support you through these concerns with compassion and without judgment, offering a safe space to explore your experiences at your own pace.

I take a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you are working on emotional regulation, managing anger, navigating career support, or seeking clarity around your identity and life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you.

Together, we will work toward greater healing, understanding, and practical tools that support lasting change in your life and relationships. My goal is to help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you and build a more empowered, fulfilling future.

My Story

As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the complexities that come with navigating major life transitions and identity shifts. My own journey inspired me to support others through challenging seasons—whether it’s adjusting to change, managing stress, or working through relationship dynamics. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
