About

Life can sometimes seem to move faster than we can keep up. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, or a major life transition, it’s common to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. You might also be navigating career decisions, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Regardless of what you’re experiencing, therapy provides a space to slow down, find clarity, and start moving forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

My commitment is to create a compassionate, client-centered, inclusive and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood and empowered. I integrate approaches from Adlerian Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.

Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop coping strategies, and build upon your existing strengths to help you navigate life’s challenges with more confidence. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, or a space to simply be yourself without judgment, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.

My Story

My interest in psychotherapy is deeply rooted in my personal experiences and a desire to help others through life’s difficulties. Having experienced anxiety for a large majority of my life, I understand how hard it is to seek help. Witnessing my family’s struggles with anxiety and depression has increased my understanding of how mental health affects both the individual and the people close to them. These experiences have reinforced my belief that no one should have to face life’s struggles alone.

Through my own journey, I have come to value a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard and understood. I am passionate about helping others develop resilience, identify their strengths, and acquire tools to navigate challenges with confidence and self-compassion. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with friends and family, watching shows, and going for walks.
