About
Are you feeling burned out, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, or low mood? You may be navigating depression, grief, stress, concerns around eating or self-image, or women’s mental health. When things feel heavy or unclear, it can be hard to know where to start. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from CBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, while integrating attachment-based and trauma-informed perspectives. Together, we build insight and develop practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change in your day-to-day life.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll work together to help you feel more connected, confident, and supported. I invite you to book a free consultation so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit.

My Story
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and what shapes how we see ourselves and others. Growing up, I experienced challenges with anxiety and self-image, which helped me develop a deep appreciation for how important it is to feel seen and understood.
These experiences continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room; with empathy, openness, and without judgment. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring their experiences at their own pace.
Being fluent in English, Russian, and French also allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create a more culturally comfortable space.
