About

At times, we all face challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. While these moments are part of life, having the right support can make all the difference. Whether you’re navigating struggles, processing emotions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to help you through it. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported.

I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and identity exploration. Drawing from a psychodynamic approach, I help uncover underlying patterns that may be holding you back while providing practical tools to move forward.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate mindfulness and EMDR techniques to help process trauma, manage stress, and foster a sense of calm. With experience working across diverse cultural backgrounds, I honor your unique experiences and perspectives. I am also fluent in English, French, and Farsi, allowing me to connect in the language you’re most comfortable with.

I see therapy as a partnership—a collaborative journey to help you build the life and relationships you desire. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning for support, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit!

My Story

Becoming a therapist has been a journey shaped by my own personal challenges and a deep-seated desire to support others. From a young age, I found myself drawn to listening and offering comfort to those around me. As I navigated the complexities of adapting to three different cultures and expectations, I grew increasingly aware of how life’s transitions shape our sense of self and connection. These experiences strengthened my empathy for those facing uncertainty and pain. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, to carry the weight of unspoken pain, and to wonder if change is possible. Seeking personal therapy was a turning point for me -- it taught me the transformative power of being truly seen, heard, and supported. Having experienced being in the place of a client myself, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek help and the vulnerability that comes with it. With the right guidance, I learned to approach my challenges with compassion, uncover resilience, and find clarity. This personal growth has only deepened my commitment to helping others navigate their own paths. Today, as a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside clients in their moments of doubt and discovery. My passion lies in creating a space where they can uncover their inner strength, heal at their own pace, and reconnect with their authentic selves. For me, being a therapist isn’t just a profession -- it’s a continuation of a lifelong calling to support, uplift, and empower others.
