About
Are you struggling with burnout, anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties? You’re not alone. Life can be overwhelming—especially when you're managing school, work, relationships, or your own internal expectations. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or simply in need of a space to pause and reflect, therapy can provide the support and clarity needed to move forward. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
My goal is to create a warm and compassionate environment where you can show up just as you are. I have a strong background in supporting youth, pre-teens, and teens—including those navigating behavioural challenges, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I also work with adults experiencing burnout, life transitions, and school or work-related stress. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Parts Work—tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or working through relational dynamics, I aim to create a space where you can explore what's going on beneath the surface and gain clarity around what matters to you. Together, we’ll build awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward greater self-understanding at a pace that feels right for you.

My Story
I’ve always been someone who cares deeply about creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and truly listened to. Volunteering as a mentor and working in school settings gave me the opportunity to connect with young people during some of their most formative, and sometimes most difficult, moments. Through those experiences, I saw just how impactful it can be to have someone simply show up and hold space without judgment. That shaped not only the way I show up for others, but also inspired my path into psychotherapy. My hope is to offer that same kind of space to you, a place where you can be yourself, talk things through at your own pace, and feel gently supported through whatever you’re carrying.
