About
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like nothing is working the way it “should”? If you have ADHD or suspect you have ADHD, you might already know the feeling of trying really hard and still feeling stuck. Maybe it’s starting tasks, staying consistent, managing emotions, or navigating relationships. It can be frustrating and exhausting, especially when things that seem to work for others don’t seem to work for you, leaving you feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or questioning yourself and your abilities in ways that can feel really defeating over time.
I take a neuroaffirming, person-centered approach, which means I’m not here to “fix” you or push you into systems that don’t fit. Instead, we focus on understanding how your brain works and finding ways to support it in a way that actually feels realistic and sustainable. I also work with anxiety and depression, whether connected to ADHD or not.
In sessions, I draw from CBT, mindfulness, ACT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, always adapting them to fit you. I’ll ask questions, reflect things back, and sometimes be direct when helpful. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself—you can just show up as you are.

My Story
As someone who grew up feeling different to those around me, is a person of colour and second-generation immigrant, I have become committed to helping others in moments where they may feel troubled or isolated. Uncovering my neurodivergence later in life has led me to try and navigate the world with a new mindset. Navigating that journey felt lonely and isolating, which is why I became so passionate with counselling and mental health. Being able to support others in any way that I can is my ultimate life goal. In my spare time, I am always hanging out with my dogs and loved ones, playing the latest video games, cooking delicious meals or crocheting.
