About
Are you feeling overwhelmed by chronic illness or pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or self-esteem concerns? You’re not alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences openly and without judgment. Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through, build insight, and move toward healing, balance, and a greater sense of well-being at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. I draw from modalities such as attachment-based therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, and mindfulness, and I am currently completing training in EMDR to further support trauma processing and healing.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on building a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and supported. As a cancer survivor, I’m especially passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions, while also helping with a wide range of mental health concerns.

My Story
My lived experiences have informed my desire to help others with various mental health challenges. After dealing with my own mental health issues in adolescence and adulthood, as well as traumatic events including dealing with the emotional and physical toll of a cancer diagnosis in my twenties, I am passionate about helping people to advocate for their own wellbeing in difficult times.
My experience working in the mental health field for the last 5 years, as well as attending therapy myself has inspired me to create a safe space free of judgement, as I know how important a supportive environment is for clients to heal in a way that is personal and meaningful.
