About
Are you struggling to navigate the weight of your story, especially when it feels layered with cultural, emotional, or generational complexity? Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by emotions you can’t quite name, therapy offers a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with your sense of self.
I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed, and compassionate approach grounded in curiosity, emotional attunement, and deep respect for your lived experience. Drawing from CBT, emotion-focused, and attachment-based modalities, I tailor our work together to meet your unique needs, because healing isn’t one size fits all. My work is especially informed by the belief that holding multiple truths about identity, culture, faith, and family can be both challenging and powerful.
With a trauma-informed lens, I prioritize safety, consent, and trust in the therapeutic relationship. I'm passionate about supporting clients who are navigating intergenerational wounds, identity shifts, trauma, emotional intensity, and the deep work of unlearning patterns that once served as protection.
Therapy can be tender, messy, and transformative. I hold space with warmth, humility, and the belief that even in the hardest moments, a little light and sometimes a little laughter can still get in.

My Story
My journey into the world of therapy began with a deep desire to understand people: why we feel what we feel, carry what we carry, and how we find our way back to ourselves after pain. As a South Asian-Canadian woman, I’ve navigated the in-between spaces of culture, faith, and identity, and I know how complex and layered those experiences can be.
What drew me to this work was the quiet strength I saw in people who kept going even when they felt unseen and the belief that healing happens when someone finally sees you, without judgment. That’s the kind of space I try to offer: honest, compassionate, and always grounded in respect for your story.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about feeling safe enough to explore the questions. And I’m here to walk with you through them
