About
People-pleasing can be exhausting. Unhealthy relationships can feel draining. Life’s changes can spark anxiety and self-doubt. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face these challenges alone. I offer a supportive space to explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for growth. Together, we’ll work toward greater balance, confidence, and connection. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, or life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and understanding, meeting you exactly where you are.
My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centred, culturally inclusive, and trauma informed philosophy, where our work together is collaborative and empowering. Drawing from a blend of modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, parts work/inner child work, strength based, somatic interventions, and solution-focused strategies.
I know starting therapy can feel daunting, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Building trust, respect, and compassion is at the heart of my work. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward self-compassion, clarity, and growth, I invite you to schedule a free consultation.

My Story
Although I have always been an advocate for mental health awareness, my experience as a crisis responder is what led me to pursue my master’s in counselling psychology and my dream of becoming a therapist. As a crisis responder, I experienced first-hand the impact that providing a safe and validating space could have for someone in a crisis. Many people do not feel they have someone to confide in and knowing what it is like to suffer in silence, I am committed to being that sounding board for anyone who wants to feel heard by a trusted person. To help you get to know me a bit better, some of my passions outside of work and school include travelling, exercising, reading, watching shows and movies, and spending time with my family and friends.
