About
Are you feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or mentally drained? Do you long for a genuine, compassionate, and open-minded person to help you navigate life's challenges? I am here to support you. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, and that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to work alongside you in a way that honors your unique experiences and goals.
Taking a person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach, I create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. With a touch of humor and a deep commitment to listening, I help you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll focus on your therapeutic goals, helping you find practical solutions and deeper insight.
I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, all tailored to what works best for you. Additionally, my background in the private sector—particularly in leadership and managing others—gives me a unique understanding of the challenges that come with balancing work, personal life, and mental well-being.
When you're ready, I’m here to help you take the next step toward healing and growth

My Story
I have been fortunate to be able to turn to therapy throughout my life as I struggled with infertility, miscarriage, divorce, anxiety and depression. Reaching out for help is extremely difficult, but I am here to tell you it is worth it and there is a way forward. My life experiences, mental health struggles, and education have helped me become the person I am today so I can in turn support others in their mental health journey. I fill up my cup by spending time with my partner, cats, family and friends, reading, listening to music, moving intuitively and enjoying moments of stillness.
