RP (Qualifying) & Intern Therapist

The human experience is full of ups and downs, and we will all encounter challenges that require us to adjust and adapt. However, you do not have to cope with life's challenges on your own. Whether you are grappling with anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, anger, relationship/family troubles, or trauma, I am here to offer you support and guidance as you embark on your journey of healing and empowerment. Together, we can work on exploring and developing the tools that you need to live a purposeful and meaningful life.

My approach is person-centered, recovery-oriented, and culturally informed. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and emphasize collaboration to develop personalized treatment plans. I take an integrated approach that utilizes modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. You are the expert in your own experience, and I am here to support you in achieving your wellness goals.

My Story

My own mental health journey has not been linear. Filled with setbacks and successes, my lived experience has allowed me to become an empathetic helping professional who is passionate about mental health awareness and stigma reduction. I understand how daunting it can be to begin your therapeutic journey, and my hope is to make this process as safe and comfortable as I possibly can. Outside of therapy you can find me trying out new recipes, reading, traveling, practicing yoga, or connecting with my friends and family.
