About
If you’re here, you may be carrying something that feels heavy or hard to navigate on your own. Reaching out for support isn’t easy, and that first step matters. You might be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, stress, bicultural or BIPOC experiences, or feeling stuck in patterns that repeat despite your efforts. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand what you’re experiencing, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more aligned and supportive.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, SFT, and SRT, along with mindfulness-based and attachment-based perspectives. I explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body, supporting you in gently shifting patterns that no longer serve you while building greater awareness and flexibility.
I strive to create a space that feels safe, open, and grounded in curiosity. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and supported in your experiences. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re ready, I invite you to book a free consultation so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit.

My Story
My first experience with therapy happened during a very difficult life transition in my late teens. Although I left with many of the same challenges I had before, I left with something more important - hope. I began to believe that, with the right support and tools, I was capable of overcoming difficult experiences. This is what led to my passion for helping others find strength within themselves as they navigate their own challenges.
Growing up as an immigrant, I learned to assimilate in different ways, often feeling pulled between opposing values. At times, I believed I had to identify solely with one culture, which led to feelings of shame, guilt, and stress. Over time, this experience helped me appreciate the “grey area”, a space that holds complexity, contradiction, and self-acceptance. This perspective shaped how I intentionally strive for balance in all areas of my life. I carry it into everything I do, whether it’s how I approach habits, relationships, or identity, learning to hold opposing truths rather than choosing between them.
Choosing therapy can be a vulnerable process. That’s why I have deep respect for each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. In therapy, I prioritize creating an environment where you feel safe, supported, and understood, something I know firsthand can make a meaningful difference in the healing process.
