About

I am deeply committed to supporting BIPOC individuals, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, career struggles, stress, relationship issues, divorce, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and more.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care, and I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including ACT, attachment theory, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, creative interventions, and mindfulness. I believe therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" process, which is why I integrate various tools and techniques to help you better understand, reflect on, and support yourself.

I strive to create a warm, empathetic space where you can explore your goals, gain practical tools, reflect, or process your experiences in a way that feels most helpful to you.

I look forward to learning about your unique journey and exploring whether I am the right fit to support you. In the meantime, take a moment to recognize the progress you’ve already made in seeking the support you deserve.

My Story

Life is full of challenges, and I’ve faced many of them without a support system. I was born in Montreal and raised in Lebanon in a home shaped by conflict. As the eldest child, I often had to set my emotions aside to protect and support my younger brother. These early experiences taught me a lot about resilience, emotional survival, and the deep need for stability and connection.

At 17, I moved away from everything I knew, starting over in a place where I felt completely alone. It was during this time that I truly understood the importance of support, community, and feeling seen. These lessons stayed with me and ultimately led me to the field of therapy.

In 2020, during my visit to Lebanon and after experiencing the Beirut explosion and the global pandemic, I was reminded just how fragile life can be—and how vital mental health support is. Looking back, I realized how different my own path might have been if I’d had the right help when I needed it. That’s what drives me now: to be the kind of support I once needed, and to offer others a safe, understanding space to grow and heal.
