About

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying emotions, expectations, or experiences that others may not fully understand. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, difficulties with emotional regulation, mood concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change.

I am particularly passionate about supporting youth, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, women’s mental health, and mood-related concerns. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move toward the changes that matter to you.

I offer therapy in both English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value culturally responsive care and recognize the important role that identity, culture, family, and lived experiences can play in our mental health and well-being.

I’ve often felt like I experienced the world a little differently. Living with ADHD and a naturally high sensitivity to my surroundings and emotions, there were many moments when I wondered why things seemed to affect me more deeply than others or why I felt misunderstood. More than anything, I wished there had been someone who truly understood what I was experiencing without trying to change who I was.

That experience is one of the reasons I became a therapist. Growing up between Taiwan and Canada while competing as an athlete also taught me how culture, expectations, and performance can shape our sense of identity and self-worth. I learned that resilience isn’t about never struggling, but rather about learning to understand yourself with compassion and finding the support that allows you to grow.

My passion for counselling deepened through working at a children’s home, where I saw firsthand that every person’s behaviour has a story and every individual deserves to feel safe, accepted, and heard. Whether we meet in English, Taiwanese, or Mandarin, our goal is simple: to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I hope that when you leave our
