About
Are you searching for greater balance, clearer self-identity, and effective ways to cope with life’s challenges? My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in warmth and empathy, creating a safe space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I believe healing happens through relationships: with ourselves, with others, and within the therapeutic connection we build together. I bring curiosity, compassion, and collaboration to our work while honoring your unique cultural background, experiences, values, and strengths.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, or past trauma, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs. I draw from trauma informed, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, IFS, and relational approaches, always centering your goals and moving at your pace.
My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your inner resilience, finding clarity, and moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned. Taking the step to begin therapy is courageous and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.

My Story
I knew I was always destined to practice therapy, but I took a circuitous route to get here - one that shaped who I am as a person and as a therapist. I spent years travelling, living, and studying abroad, which deepened my understanding of people, cultures, and the many ways we make sense of our lives. Those experiences taught me to sit with complexity, hold multiple perspectives, and approach each person’s story with openness and humility. Along the way, I was drawn to psychology again and again - not just as an academic pursuit, but as a way of being with others. My own personal experiences with growth, healing, and identity exploration affirmed that therapy can be life-changing. It’s this sense of possibility and connection that I bring to my work. I’m grateful for the winding path that brought me here, and I’m honoured to accompany others as they navigate their own.
