About

Have you ever felt like life keeps handing you more than you can realistically hold? Stress, emotions, expectations, and unexpected challenges can pile up quickly, leaving you overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It is completely human to feel this way. Reaching out for support does not mean you have failed. It means you are ready for things to feel different. In our work together, you will have a space where you do not have to carry everything on your own. I am here to listen, understand, and help you make sense of what is happening in your world. We will move at your pace, focusing on what matters most and creating a path forward that feels achievable, grounding, and meaningful.

I support clients navigating ADHD, addictions, emotional dysregulation, career challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and experiences within BIPOC communities. My approach integrates ACT, Attachment and Adlerian perspectives, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, IFS, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and culturally and trauma informed practices.

Together, we will use therapeutic tools that align with your goals and your way of experiencing the world. My aim is to help you build clarity, confidence, and emotional skills so the load feels lighter and you feel more supported as you move through life. Whether you are seeking stability, healing, or personal growth, I will walk alongside you with warmth and encouragement.

My Story

My interest in therapy began early in life. I watched my parents work through difficult moments with the support of counseling, and seeing how transformative that process was for them stayed with me. It showed me the importance of having a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard and understood.

For the past six years, I have worked in the mental health and addiction field and have witnessed the many challenges people navigate, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and identity concerns. Although addiction has been a significant part of my work, it has also taught me profound lessons about resilience, human complexity, and the many ways people cope with pain. These experiences help inform the way I support clients across all areas of life.

I am passionate about helping teens, individuals, and couples through their unique experiences. I understand that therapy looks different for everyone and that healing does not follow a single path. My goal is to walk alongside you, to listen without judgment, to talk openly, and to help you find even the smallest sense of light during difficult times.
