About

Navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or depression can often feel overwhelming—especially when you feel like you're facing it alone. My intention is to walk alongside you in this journey, offering support and encouragement as you build confidence and develop tools to manage these challenges. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals discover their inner strengths and move toward personal growth and healing.

I offer a person-centered, culturally sensitive approach, with an emphasis on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. My work is guided by an integrative framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you are coping with anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, depression, or general stress, I am here to support you. I am committed to honoring your individuality, celebrating your strengths, and walking with you toward meaningful and lasting change.

My Story

I grew up just outside of Toronto as a child of Deaf adults (CODA) and am passionate about increasing mental health accessibility to the Deaf community as a psychotherapist. My interest in mental health originally developed through my lived experiences and has continued to grow over 7 years of working within the non-profit mental health field.

Lavender Psychotherapy

Lavender Psychotherapy acknowledges that it provides services on/in the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Attiwonderonk, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation peoples. This territory is covered by Treaty 3 3/4 and Brant Track Treaty 8.

Today, this space is still home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live, and play on this land.
