About

Therapy doesn’t have to be something you do alone. Let me lighten your load. I believe in a collaborative approach, walking alongside my clients, gently leading when necessary and always with a compassionate ear. If you’re looking for a therapist to sit with you through the hard times and help you find ease along the way, we might be a good fit. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore emotions, discover practical coping strategies, and be yourself without judgment.

My areas of focus include maternal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility), parenting struggles, pre-teen and adolescent concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, and loss. Crying infant or rambunctious toddler in the background? Don’t worry, I’ve been there.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from several modalities to meet your unique needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches. My background with mindfulness and somatic techniques further complements my approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and how to gently build a path forward.

I hope to speak with you soon and believe in your ability to grow and move forward with purpose and resilience

My Story

An empath by nature, I have always wanted to help people. In university, struggling with feelings of anxiety and perfectionism, I found yoga and therapy which helped calm my mind and feel grounded. Shortly after graduating I opened a yoga studio and spent over a decade guiding others in movement, mindfulness, and healing. Over time, I felt a growing pull to support individuals on a deeper level, which led me to pursue a career in therapy.

The path to who I am today has not only been shaped by my professional experience, but also my own personal journey. I have navigated the emotional toll of perinatal struggles, parenting, and stress. I have felt overwhelmed, overstimulated, and have also needed support. These experiences have made me more empathetic and have increased my understanding of the multi-layered complexities people carry.

I practice what I preach and believe everyone deserves a place to feel heard and supported, particularly by someone outside of their inner circle. No matter your age or story, I see you and will hold space for you.
