I believe in the power of collaboration and in building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel heard and supported.
I understand that each person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor my methods to meet your specific needs. I take a person-centered approach, blending a variety of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, attachment-focused therapy and solution-focused therapy. This flexible approach allows me to work with you in the most effective way possible, addressing the challenges you face with empathy and understanding.
I work with individuals across all stages of life, including teens, young adults, adults, families, couples, and elders. I have a strong background in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with diagnoses of ADHD, autism, and FASD, and I am committed to providing tailored care that meets the unique needs of each person.
You’re not alone in this journey and together we can take the steps toward finding peace, growth, and strength. My role is to walk alongside you, offering the support, guidance, and tools you need to overcome life challenges and reach your goals.

My Story
I’ve always valued deep, meaningful connections with others and I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Through my own life experiences, I understand how isolating it can feel to navigate life’s challenges alone. This is why I am so driven to be that source of support for others and helping others work through their struggles, find their strength, and know they are never truly alone.
For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the non-profit sector, where I’ve gained invaluable experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. This work has shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally. In these roles, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of connection, empathy, and understanding, which sparked my passion for becoming a therapist.
I am also passionate about destigmatizing mental health. We all face our own challenges, and it’s essential to create a space where we can openly acknowledge those struggles without shame or judgment. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I strive to honor that in my work with clients.
In my personal life, I’m a photographer who loves to capture moments of love and beauty. I enjoy traveling, reading, playing board games, and spending quality time with my family and friends – all things that ground me and remind me of the importance of connection in all aspects of life.
