About
Life doesn’t always go as planned. When things feel overwhelming, unclear, or heavy, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of what you’re going through. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, relationship troubles, women’s mental health concerns, or feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps. I meet you where you are and walk alongside you, at a pace that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally aware, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and the Gottman Method for couples, while also incorporating attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed perspectives to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment to explore what’s coming up for you. If you’re ready, I invite you to book a free consultation so we can connect and see if we’re a good fit.

My Story
I have always been drawn to supporting others through life’s ups and downs. Most recently, I worked at a women’s shelter where I witnessed incredible strength and resilience as women reclaimed their lives after difficult experiences. Moments like those taught me the power of being seen, heard, and supported- and have influenced the kind of space I hope to create in therapy. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Seeing the impact of a safe, validating space inspired me to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and shaped the therapist I strive to be today.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with my family and friends. These moments help me slow down and stay present.
