About

Are you experiencing burnout, anxiety, or low self-esteem? Are you feeling overwhelmed by a life transition? I provide a calm and nurturing space to help my clients navigate life’s challenges while embarking on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

I support my clients in moving toward their wellness goals by prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship and collaboration to develop a personalized treatment plan. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I draw from various modalities, such as CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused therapy, to meet my client’s needs, help them reach their goals and uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Whether you are navigating career shifts, the challenges of parenthood, or communication

breakdowns, I am here to support and provide space for you on that journey.

My Story

As someone who spent over a decade in the corporate world before entering the field of psychotherapy, I understand how difficult it can be to balance it all, whether that is work and family life or navigating feelings of anxiety, stress or imposter syndrome. As a mother, I understand the journey to parenthood is not always straightforward, and when you finally get there, it can be rewarding but has its own set of challenges.

Whatever life difficulties you face, I want to support you on your journey towards reaching your goals and a path to healing. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me practicing yoga, spending time with my family and friends, skiing and reading a good book.

Lavender Psychotherapy

Lavender Psychotherapy acknowledges that it provides services on/in the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Attiwonderonk, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation peoples. This territory is covered by Treaty 3 3/4 and Brant Track Treaty 8.

Today, this space is still home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live, and play on this land.
