About

Life can feel especially heavy when you’re juggling challenges you never expected, whether it’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or the weight of past experiences. If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I support individuals and couples with concerns such as emotional regulation, coping skills, career challenges, stress, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, trauma, relationship troubles, and 2SLGBTQ+ concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, offering a space where you can feel supported, understood, and heard.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from ACT, attachment-based approaches, Adlerian therapy, CBT, DBT, emotion-focused therapy, the Gottman Method, IFS, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, schema therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed and culturally informed practices. Together, we’ll use the strategies that best fit your goals, needs, and strengths.

If you’re ready to explore what healing and change can look like, I’m here to help you take the next step.

My Story

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by formal education and a great deal of lived experience. My own journey of healing, growth, and resilience has taught me what it’s like to seek clarity, feel overwhelmed, and long for connection during hard times.

I’ve experienced many forms of grief and loss, including the challenges of caring for an elderly parent with dementia. These experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my understanding of the emotional weight many people carry. They continue to remind me to meet each person with compassion, insight, and genuine respect for their story.

Changing careers at this stage of life has also reminded me that it’s never too late to grow, to reconnect with yourself, or to take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
