About
Accepting new clients - I am a compassionate and client-centred therapist, committed to building strong therapeutic relationships that prioritize trust and collaboration. My approach is rooted in strength-based techniques, where I adapt various therapeutic modalities—including Gestalt, EFT, Parts Work, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and attachment-based therapy—to meet the unique emotional and cultural needs of each individual. I believe that every client possesses the inherent strengths and resources necessary to navigate challenges, and my role is to facilitate awareness of these strengths. I find deep fulfillment in guiding clients through meaningful change. My areas of focus include relational and attachment issues, anxiety and depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

My Story
From a young age, I began therapy due to my own personal and relational struggles. I have lived experience with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and intergenerational trauma. Through my experience with therapy, I learned to heal cycles of intergenerational trauma and became my authentic self. My passion for becoming a therapist began while I was working in frontline mental health, supporting marginalized communities. My personal and professional experiences, as well as my education, and educational training, has equipped me with the skills and resources to guide you through this most difficult time. I understand how difficult asking for help can be, and I aim to offer a nonjudgmental space where all parts of yourself are not only accepted, but welcome.
