About

Are you tired of living in constant alert mode, waiting for something bad to happen or feeling disconnected from your own body/emotions? Maybe anxiety, OCD, or ADHD makes everyday life feel overwhelming, or you’re healing from narcissistic abuse and struggling to trust yourself again. You might notice parts of you that feel stuck in the past, carrying heavy emotions you can’t seem to shake. I help youth ages 11 and up, as well as adults, who feel exhausted by survival mode and ready for deeper healing. My work integrates EMDR and IFS to support trauma recovery, emotion regulation, and nervous system balance.

I also incorporate CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and art interventions so therapy can meet the unique needs of your mind and body. My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and culturally inclusive care. Together, we slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and build the trust and confidence needed to move forward with clarity and strength.

In my approach, we move at a pace that feels safe and grounded, helping you shift from coping to truly living. If you are ready to reconnect with yourself, strengthen emotional regulation, and heal what has felt too heavy to carry alone, I am here to support your growth with warmth, attunement, and evidence-based care.

My Story

My path to becoming a therapist began long before my formal training. I grew up navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and the complex layers of intergenerational and relational trauma. I have also walked through the profound grief of pregnancy loss. These experiences shaped not only how I understand the world, but also how I show up for others. I know what it feels like to sit in a therapy room hoping for relief, clarity, and connection, and I was fortunate to work with some incredible therapists who helped guide me back to myself. Their presence inspired me to step into this work with intention, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing. As a German and Métis therapist, I honour the intersections of identity, ancestry, and lived experience in the work I do. Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me hiking with my dog, travelling, or immersed in a creative project that brings joy and balance into my life.
