About

Are you carrying the weight of grief while trying to keep up with daily life? You may be navigating loss, perinatal or infant loss, divorce, breakups, or the ongoing grief that can come with chronic illness or caregiving. You might also be living with ADHD or neurodivergence, feeling overwhelmed in a world that doesn’t always fit how you think or process. Perhaps you feel disconnected from your sense of purpose or are struggling with anxiety, identity, or self-esteem. When so much feels heavy, it can be hard to find steady ground.

I offer an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to your needs. Drawing from cognitive, narrative, emotion-focused, Somatic therapy, and trauma-informed therapies, I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices and art therapy. My work is grounded in creating safety, trust, and stability while supporting how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, and overall sense of self.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, process, and begin to reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels right. I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where your experiences are met with care. I invite you to book a free consultation so we can connect and see if this feels like the right fit for you.

My Story

My journey into the field of therapy began early in my life, shaped by my own experiences navigating trauma and anxiety, as well as witnessing close family members move through grief and life changes that followed a Traumatic Brain Injury. These experiences deeply influenced my understanding of how complex, isolating, and overwhelming life can feel at times, and how essential it is to have a safe, supportive space where your story can be heard and valued.

I have always been drawn to creating inclusive, compassionate environments where people feel seen, respected, and understood. For the past two years, I’ve worked in the public sector supporting children, youth, families, adults, and seniors as they navigate bereavement. This work has strengthened my belief that everyone deserves a space to process their experiences, to be witnessed in their pain, and to move through life’s challenges with support and dignity.

In both my personal and professional experiences, I understand how heavy it can feel to carry things on your own. This is what drives me to show up with empathy, authenticity, and care, supporting others as they work through their struggles, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing in a way that feels right for them.

In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, making music, and spending time by the lake in the summer. I value surrounding myself with positive, supportive people, and nurturing the deep, meaningful connections that ground and inspire me.
