About
Accepting new clients - Life can be overwhelming—trauma can leave you drained, ADHD can feel paralyzing, relationship struggles can lead to loneliness, and anxiety can weigh heavily on you. I understand how exhausting these challenges can be. I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate these difficulties and foster personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you can explore your concerns. Whether you need a space to talk, process your feelings, gain self-awareness, or acquire new coping skills, I’m here to support you.

I take a person-centered, culturally inclusive, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on various evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, attachment theory, emotion-focused therapy, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and Gottman methods. I want our sessions to be meaningful and beneficial for you, so you leave with valuable insights each time.

I recognize that taking the first step into therapy can be challenging, and I appreciate your courage in exploring these emotions. Together, we’ll create an inviting, judgment-free space where you won’t feel alone. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey!

My Story
From an early age, I recognized that life is not a straight path, but a journey marked by highs and lows. Having immigrated twice and lived across three different cultures, I have personally encountered the challenges of relocation, language barriers, discrimination, grief, loss, and trauma. Yet, these experiences have also taught me the value of adaptation, resilience, privilege, accountability, persistence, and the importance of seeking help. This profound and holistic understanding has fueled my commitment to supporting others. My diverse experiences and dedicated training have equipped me with the passion and expertise to be your trusted ally. My promise is to provide you with the highest level of care, empathy, compassion, and respect that you deserve as an individual.
