Anjali Aggarwal

ME.d, RP (Qualifying), & Associate Therapist

Accepting new clients - Are you looking for support with relationship troubles, depression, grief, career, stress, anxiety, trauma, cultural/gender/sexual identity, career, or neurodivergence? I am here to support you and create a safe space for you to explore, learn more about yourself, gain tools, and find healing.

I enjoy working with couples and individuals through an anti-oppressive and culturally informed lens. I draw from many different therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EFT, ACT, CBT, Gottman method, Schema therapy and Narrative therapy. Essentially, I want to get to the root cause of what is causing you (or your relationship) distress and address it and provide you with the tools you need to cope in your day-to-day life.

It is not easy to reach out for help and it can be even more overwhelming with all the information available online when trying to find a therapist. I believe what makes therapy successful is the relationship between you and the therapist which is why I adopt a client-centered approach, emphasizing you as a person and making you feel secure and comfortable.

I provide therapy in: English & Hindi

My Story

As someone part of the BIPOC community, I know first-hand the struggle it can be to find a therapist that can relate to different family structures and the different ways mental health can be viewed. Due to that, what's most important to me is making sure each client feels understood and that their unique identities and cultures are integrated within the therapeutic process. There are many ways therapy can be beneficial, and truly I believe that a good fit between client and the therapist can create positive outcomes which is why I strive to create a safe and judgement free space where clients can share their vulnerabilities. I know it is difficult to be so vulnerable with another person, but I also know that with the right therapist and time there is hope for everyone to work on any concern they have.
